Calvin Trepp, HIS

Owner

Calvin Trepp has spent his entire professional career dedicated to the hearing aid industry. He has spent more than 35 years in the hearing industry and has worked 24 years at the manufacturing level. Calvin’s first job within the industry was the manufacturing of hearing aids and then progressed into different supervisor roles within the production side. Calvin then moved into sales where he traveled around the United States for 8 years, and eventually moved into a management role within Audibel. In August of 2007, Calvin purchased 3 retail offices and a few years later added two more locations. His post high school education involves a 2-year program in electronics and a 2-year program in management.

Sue Berneman, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Sue is our Hearing Instrument Specialist for Audibel Hearing Centers of North Iowa. She is mostly in the Mason City and Charles City office locations. Sue is an Iowa native growing up in the Charles City area and prides herself in excellent customer service. She graduated Charles City High School and attended N.I.A.C.C. classes in Charles City. Sue has been with Audibel Hearing Centers since Calvin purchased the business in 2007. She later earned her H.I.S. license in 2021. Sue enjoys spending time with her family, Scotty/Schnauzer “Miss Riley” and having everyone over for the holidays! Sue enjoys baking, knitting, and sewing for all her family.

Patient Coordinator/Office Manager

Jan is our Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager for Audibel Hearing Center of North Iowa.She is an Iowa native and prides herself on excellent customer service. When calling into our office, she will be the friendly voice you speak with. Jan enjoys helping others and spending time with her family, which includes six grandchildren.
