Audibel Hearing has been exceptional from our first visit. My mom is 93 n I am 75. She has resisted n denied her hearing loss for 39 yrs until it became so bad there were few choices for a remedy. We went to another place to get her $5,000 aids. They gave free batteries anytime she would come in for an adjustment. We could not get her to go. She was in denial about her hearing loss to the detriment of her n our entire family. A loss of a different kind. She complained n was desperate. Finally after several yrs we contacted Audible with Kevin n his qualified staff. She actually listened to him! Don't know his magic but he was through n patient. Magic. Who knows? Has had her aids adjusted several times. Even tho is still a very difficult client she can now hear us. She will only wear one aid as she insists "my other ear is perfect". Hey. We'll take that. Audible n his staff clean her aids for free whenever she has trouble hearing. Usually because she refuses to change her battery. But Audible doesn't judge. They smile n hastily clean her hearing aids. Dispute mom only wears one. 😊. Go figure. If u have a resistant. Belligerent insistent parent n want them to join ur family. I highly recommend Audible.

Rave! My mom is 92 and has been in the hospital for a few days. She needed her hearing aids cleaned so I contacted one of the hearing aid businesses here in Mason City. Since she just moved here a year ago, she didn’t buy them here, but she only needed them cleaned. i was told it would be $50 just to clean them and thought that was a little steep! I then called Audibel Hearing to see what they charged. I talked to a very helpful lady named Sue. She told me they cleaned hearing aids for free, no matter where you bought them. She told me to bring them in and she would have them done in about 10 minutes. She cleaned them, printed off instructions for me on how to care for the aids, gave me a case for them and also one to carry extra batteries in. They also carry a brand that my mom has so I will be taking them there for anything we need done. I couldn’t have asked for any better customer service so if anyones parents, grandparents, or whomever needs anything done with their hearing aids, Audibel Hearing Center is the place to go. Thanks again, Sue, for going above and beyond.
Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.
Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.
